Donation Terms

This I Am One Donation Program (the “Program”) starts on September 3, 2020 and ends on September 14, 2020 or the date when the Maximum Donation is reached, whichever occurs first (“Program Period”).  Sponsor will donate one copy of I Am One (up to 2,000 copies) (“Maximum Donation”) to 50 States 50 Books Inc.  for every proof of pre-order of I Am One by Susan Verde and Peter H. Reynolds from any authorized retailer that is submitted on abramsbooks.com/IAmOne during the Program Period (each a “Donation). The Program is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in state of residence (whichever is older). Void where prohibited.

Limit one (1) Donation per person and per household.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected requests.  Sponsor, and its advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors are released and held harmless from any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense, which may occur in connection with this Program.  Requests from clubs or organizations and requests not complying with all offer requirements will not be honored.
