About the author
Sheri Seggerman's passion for horses began when she started riding at the age of eight. Today she is a photographer and writer in Iowa City, Iowa. Her horse is a Percheron⁄cross named Lucy. This is Seggerman's first book. Mary Tiegreen is a designer and writer who has long explored the art of books and bookmaking. She is the creative director of STC's 1,001 Reasons to Love™… series and is the author, with Jana Kolpen, of The Secrets of Pistoulet and Dancing with the Moon (both STC).
